How does the 24-hour trial work?

Choose your plan and add a card in Stripe’s secure checkout. Your trial starts once card validation is confirmed and lasts exactly 24 hours. AI is not included. After the trial, your selected plan and add-ons are billed monthly unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Does an administrator count as a user?

Yes. Every active company user, including administrators, uses one seat. Start includes 2 seats, Pro 5 and Scale 10. Extra seats cost R$100/month each, or US$25/month when billed in USD.

Which channels can I connect?

DodoConect supports QR connections, the official WhatsApp Business Platform and professional Instagram accounts. Official channels require configuration, credentials and permissions approved by Meta. Media formats and messaging rules vary by channel; Meta charges are separate.

What happens when a customer returns?

The contact stays assigned to their owner. If that teammate is busy or offline, the conversation waits for them. An explicit transfer can change the owner, recording who transferred it, when and why.

How does the AI add-on work?

The add-on costs R$300/month (or US$75/month) and includes up to 3,000 replies per month. AI uses your company context and recent contact history. There are no automatic overage charges. It is unavailable during the trial and can hand conversations over to a person.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. An administrator can open billing in the dashboard and cancel renewal. To avoid the first charge, cancel before the 24-hour trial ends. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and retains access until the current period ends. Billing shows the subscription status and end date. Cancellation does not automatically delete your data.
