Data used
Registration uses the company name, administrator name, email, access credentials and plan choices. During use, the system stores contacts, conversations, attachments, notes, products, configuration and operational records required to provide the service. The company using DodoConect decides which contacts and content it adds and who may access them.
Purposes
Data is used to create and protect accounts, organize customer conversations, run configured workflows, provide conversation history, administer plan limits and process billing events. Operational records help identify authorship, transfers, errors and access. Do not include information unnecessary for your customer service.
Payments and integrations
Card details are entered directly in Stripe’s hosted checkout; DodoConect does not request or store full card numbers or security codes. Billing identifiers and statuses returned by Stripe are used to manage subscriptions. Messages and media pass through connected channel providers, including Meta where applicable. When AI is enabled, the context needed to generate a reply is sent to the configured AI provider. Those providers also operate under their own privacy terms.
Cookies and browser storage
The dashboard uses a session cookie required for authentication. Local preferences may store language and interface settings. This version of the website does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Links to WhatsApp and other services open environments governed by their own policies.
Access, retention and deletion
Access is restricted by account permissions and company boundaries. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete history. Data can remain in the environment and operational backups until a deletion process is completed. To access, correct, export or request deletion of data, contact your company administrator or the contact below. The requester’s identity and authority must be verified. This page does not promise an automatic deletion timeframe.
