The service
DodoConect is business software for customer conversations, contacts, CRM, automation and messaging integrations. Features depend on your plan, configuration and connected providers. Website illustrations use fictional data and do not represent guaranteed outcomes.
Your account and responsibilities
Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. Administrators manage company users, permissions and integrations. Every active user, including administrators, uses one plan seat. You must have authorization to process contact data and send messages. Do not use the service for spam, fraud, unlawful content or attempts to access another company’s data.
24-hour trial
The trial requires a card registered through Stripe’s hosted checkout and lasts exactly 24 hours after card validation is confirmed. AI is unavailable during the trial. Returning from checkout does not, by itself, confirm activation: secure confirmation from the payment provider is required. External integrations can require their own configuration and approval; the trial does not automatically extend those timelines.
Pricing and renewal
Monthly BRL plans are Start R$199 (2 users, 1 connection, 2 GB), Pro R$499 (5 users, 3 connections, 10 GB) and Scale R$999 (10 users, 6 connections, 30 GB). USD prices are US$49, US$129 and US$249. Extra users cost R$100 or US$25 each per month. The AI add-on costs R$300 or US$75 per month and includes up to 3,000 monthly replies, without automatic overages. Prices are not a live currency conversion. Checkout confirms the currency and items selected. After the trial, your selected plan and add-ons are billed monthly with automatic renewal unless you cancel beforehand. Meta messaging fees and external infrastructure are not included.
Cancellation and failed payments
An administrator can cancel renewal in the dashboard’s billing area. To avoid the first charge, cancel before the 24-hour trial ends. Cancellation retains access until the trial or current paid period ends, without the next renewal. Check billing for subscription status and the end date. Failed payments or expired access may block new operations while retaining history. Subscription cancellation does not request data deletion. Integrations and artificial intelligence
Official WhatsApp and professional Instagram integrations require Meta credentials, permissions and compliance with its rules. QR connections also depend on their provider and do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Media support varies by channel. AI can produce incorrect replies; configure its scope, supervise its use and retain a human support option. Do not supply unnecessary sensitive information.
